Würth engineers will generate cost savings opportunities for you through the participation in kaizen and lean events, product reviews, line walks, parts consolidation efforts, design assistance, and by recommending assembly techniques and technologies just to name a few. All submissions will be traceable and reported to you via regularly scheduled “Continuous Improvement Business Reviews”. Würth never limits its idea submissions to just the fastener world, but will often include other assembly components and processes resulting in enhanced quality and productivity for our customers. Each submission will outline the advantages/disadvantages and lay out the cost impact potential.
